Rob Reinert heads our design and estimating team. Rob oversees plan development and design and checks for structural soundness, and has won many awards for his design work. He specifies only quality materials and places orders to insure timely deliveries to the job, which helps maintain productivity. Rob worked in the field from an early age, learning various trades and what it takes to get the job done right. He still visits the job regularly, helping the framers and trim carpenters from time to time and giving Murph a hand when necessary.

Trip Norton is the latest addition to the Murphy team. Trip runs our computer-aided drafting system and works with our customers to help design and revise their floor plans. He also helps Rob with estimating and prepares proposals and change orders for customers. Trip is a graduate of the Building Construction Technology program at Purdue University and brings this education to the table along with experience in commercial and residential construction and land surveying. Trip is also working with our advertising and in-house publishing projects.

Keith Murphy acts as superintendent during the construction of your new home. He coordinates all of our trades in and out of the house and keeps a tight schedule. "Murph" applies for the building and utility permits and sets up all of the inspections necessary during construction. He also supervises the excavation of your home, which is performed by our own employees. He will keep you informed on the progress of the home and answer any questions you may have regarding our construction methods and materials. When he's not working on one of our houses, Keith handles the development aspect of our business. He is in charge of everything from land acquisition to completed improvements.

Laura "Lou" Murphy watches over the entire construction process. She guides our customers through the contracts and financing process, assists them during their color selections, and designs and orders all of our kitchens. She decorates our model homes, and it is her flair and attention to detail that makes us really stand out.
